Private Estate

Stonechat Private Estate is a development on Willowbrook Farm, owned and registered as a private Company. Each shareholder has a “Right of Use” agreement over a specified plot ranging in size from around 4000m2, and with the right to build a dwelling to be used as a holiday home or retirement.

The intention of the the developer was to keep the process simple, and the costs as low as possible making the ownership of a holiday home more accessible to the average family or even investor. Future development of the Estate would be decided by all the shareholders with plans in place to build a restaurant and an enclosed game viewing environment.

The current ownership is via a shareholding syndication, but it may be possible to create either free hold ownership or a sectional title scheme in the future.
